Floral Half Bathroom Inspiration

Wallpaper is making its way back into the decorating scene and there are so many great options out there. If you’re scarred from removing wallpaper during a renovation, feel like it’s just not your thing or that it might be too overwhelming, I completely understand why wallpaper would be the last thing to consider when updating a space. There’s plenty of other great options like a good coat of fresh paint, board and batten or wainscoting.

A great place to incorporate wallpaper, especially those with a bolder print, is a smaller space like a half bathroom. It provides major impact with a ton of personality. In this mood board I used Anthropologie’s Jacobean Floral Wallpaper. It’s neutral color palette keeps the bold floral pattern from becoming too overwhelming. Pairing it with the clean marble flooring and counter top and a warm, neutral wood vanity keeps everything from competing with one another. I kept all the the metals in the space monochromatic by using brass. Adding glass accessories keeps the room feeling light and airy.
